Our courses are open to all Year 9 and 10 students undertaking secondary study in Victoria.
Due to a reduction in Department funding, a fee structure is being introduced for students enrolling in ESV courses from 2027. These fees contribute to the delivery of the program, including staffing, teaching resources, and the ongoing operation of our specialist studio.
In establishing this fee structure, we have carefully considered the opportunity for maintaining accessibility for students from Victorian government schools, particularly those in regional areas. Our aim is to ensure that these valuable learning opportunities remain available to as many students as possible while supporting the program's long-term sustainability.
In addition to the above course fee, there is also a non-refundable enrolment fee of $25.00 per student. For late enrolment, an additional $25 per student will also apply.
Invoices are issued to schools approximately four weeks after the beginning of each semester of classes, and enrolment fees that are still applicable even if a student withdraws within this time.
